oh heck...what a nightmare indeed...you sometimes hear those stories...very creepy with the earth pressing cool against skin...almost a bit of a sensual feeling as well..
Ugh - this made me feel claustraphobic. I used to have a recurring nightmare about being trapped underground with just my face peering out of a hole- just small enough to breath- this reminded me of that...like the way you highlight that moment of travelling from the nightmare into realiity- it's only sleep...thank god for that!
oh lord...being buried alive and being concious of it would certainly be a night mare...
